Too late. They pick players who've won their national championship or are in the world top 100 rankings or won something like a junior championship. There are a few organizers picks, I guess favorites of theirs maybe. So there are some that are below 2000 and a small crowd under 2100. So u don't have to be elite, just move to a country where u can win their championship.
