Can anyone tell me anything about this chess piece?

Sort:
Lithirine

I bought a rook that the seller said is c. 1900 but I'd be curious to see if anyone knows anything about this particular set or even what its made of. The seller theorized bone and I have no knowledge of this sort of thing. Its meant to be part of a present for someone and i would like to add a label next to it if i can as its going in a shadowbox. Any help is sorely appreciated!

You can use it as a Rook or Pawn - it's worth 6 points. happy.png

Add a miter cut and you have an armored bishop!  tongue.pngtongue.pngtongue.png
