Can you please help me to identify this set?

Very nice! Of course, I have never seen it. I think the tall ones with the tilted hats could be the bishops- thinking of Biedermeier and Spielzeug sets. Truly a great set. Thank you for sharing.
I didn't fint something similar in my books. It seems different from the Selenus, especially the rooks. It has some characteristics of the German Selenus acft calculator, and with the set depicted on p. 95 of Holger's book, picture 108, but again the rooks are different. Thank you for your help.
You're right to notice the differences—while the set shares some traits with the German Selenus style and the example in Holger’s book (p. 95, pic 108), the rooks definitely stand out as atypical. This might suggest a regional variation or a transitional design between known styles. It could even be a lesser-known workshop or a custom set inspired by Selenus patterns. If you can, comparing the knight and bishop carvings might help narrow it down further.

Thanks. I thought about a transitional design. I will soon try to sell the set in Ricardo, a kind of swiss eBay, but I am not sure about the price. Can you give me a rough idea about the value? Thanks for your help!
