Chavet gave me 2 black Kings and no black Queen!
Oh well, I'm using the Europa Queen anyway.
The Chavet box is nice.
I also received a keychain.

OK, I thought I'd better update everyone on my adventures with Chavet Chess.
Chavet corrected their errors of sending me 2 Black Kings and 1 defective White King, with a severely tilted head.
They sent me 1 Black Queen and 1 White King to complete my #6 size set.
But they didn't stop there!
I was at work when my wife opened the package from Chavet and read me the following letter.

You can imagine my excitement when my wife read the letter to me!
She proceeded to tell me that I had received a heavy, large, nice wooden box, with Chavet Chess engraved in the lid.
I hurried home to see my Karpov chess set produced in the 1990's by Chavet for the World Championship between Karpov and Kasparov, that was played in Lyons!
When I got home I eagerly opened my prize!

My Chavet King is drunk!
But the Europa is a perfect vintage Chavet King!
