Right now I'm going through The Reassess Your Chess Workbook by Jeremy Silman. I think it's great since it's pointing out a lot of things that I have missed in my past games. It contains a brief summary of the main points mentioned in Silman's How to Reassess Your Chess, and then has 125 or so puzzles, each one very interesting and informative for the improving player. The solutions section is the best part of the book, because it has even more helpful information, and breaks down what is happening in the position. Of course, I want to get the correct answer, but I don't mind if I'm wrong because I know that I will learn something when I check the answers.
Chess Books

I recently read Winning Chess Strategies by Yasser Seirawan and Jeremy Silman. It explained a lot about the importance of strategy and having a plan in your game. Even though the book went back to explaining the use of each piece, I rather enjoyed it, especially the bishops vs knights chapter. Another great addition was a little puzzle at the end of each section that challenged the knowledge that was just taught, which had the answers in the back, along with a glossary of chess terms and an index. I would recommend this book to anyone that wants to improve their game.
Has anyone read a chess book that they would just love to share with others, either to help others get better or just to show off your knowledge? Then this is the place to do so! Please share your knowledge to help others get better!!
