It looks like they are playing on DGT boards, which have become pretty much standard for upper level tournaments. They can be plugged into a PC to automatically record moves and for playing online or against the PC.

They look like the walnut boards.

At least in the US one can get the non-electronic version of the pieces, along with a decent board, for not much from House of Staunton.
