I have Chessbase 9 and I really like the "Fritz 4" interface, does Chessbase 14 have the "Fritz 4" interface?

No. It is not fritz 4 interface , i think last one with fritz 4 interface is CB 10.

i think you mis-understood my question, theirs different types of boards you can choose, on Chessbase 14, when you pick the board, can you pick the "fritz 4" board??

Yes , you can choose fritz 4 board.
