Chronos GX

Just got a new Chronos GX clock today.  Have been looking at the instructions and I am lost.

I am trying to program and save 3 of my most common tournament times.

30/90 d 5, 40/2 SD 1 delay 5 and I am lost.  

Can anyone help?

Thanks but that does not do it.  I have seen a lot of you tube and the problem I have is how do you set the 2nd time control?

I finally figured out how to set/save a 30/90 d 5 time control but I cannot figure yet how to set something like a 40/2 sd 1 delay 5 time control.

For the 30/90 d5 I used the Tc 2 mode and saved it to 1.

I still do not know what the tc modes are or the tn modes.  The Tn mode is for saving times so I guess I do not use them.  

So my question is which mode do I use for 2 time controls?  Which setting is the second time control?  Is it the settings after the little black square shows in the LED window?

Whoever wrote these instructions probably is also a speed reader on speed.  

Any help in this would be appreciated.
