DGT Bluetooth / Board connection ok / no piece is detected (none)

Hello,

i purchased the DGT Rosewood board with Ebony pieces.

Board connection to windows 11 is fine, Rabbit shows the connection via Bluetooth (COM5/COM6). Unfortunately, not a single piece is recognized standing on the board. Same is true for Aart Bik Chess for Android, Board is coupled with the tablet, but not a single piece is recognized.

Anyone have the same issue or maybe (cross fingers) a solution ?

Just to be clear the connection tab shows 'Board Alive' and the board tab shows no pieces?

You can open up the board and adjust the sensitivity but, in this case, I would contact DGT support directly before doing anything else.

Yes, board is alive. And sensitive is "every piece is shown ... wront" or "nothing is shown. But Support is in contact with me, looking forward to get it solved.

I had the same problem. I have installed the new version of the rabbit plugin.

Do you have the same problems with the USB connection?

USB same problem, connect via Android tablet same problem.

Both 32bit/64bit Rabbit Software installed, the board itself is perfect recognized, with the newest firmware etc. We also opened and checked the electronics, replugged the cables. Nevertheless, Topschach is replacing it, great support for my purchase, friendly and, most important, replacing BEFORE i send the faulty board/pieces back.

Sometimes this issue is caused by an issue with the sensitivity of the board. A signal that we're in front of this issue are "ghost pieces", i.e. pieces that sometimes appear and disappear, or are not properly detected. If your board has a mini-USB connector, sensitivity can be adjusted. Contact the DGT support for this. If your board has a USB-C connector, sensitivity cannot be adjusted.
