I had to look it up. LOL. I took this class in college. Quantitative Price Theory. It was probably 1972 or 73. It had 6 credits of calculus as a prerequisite. I had had 10 credits. It turned out it was all partial differential equations, which had not been covered in the sequence I had taken. But it didn't matter because there wasn't any practical difference from what I had learned about differential equations. That much I remember. I have kept the notes from that class. I had occasion the other day to pull them out. A whole semester's worth in what I could identify as my own hand. And I utterly lacked any comprehension whatsoever about what any of it meant. It was like Flowers for Algernon, or more germane to this forum, like my chess. A complete mystery.

Here was my solution for chess board storage in a small 2-bedroom apartment utilizing the unused space behind a door. Total cost, about $20.
With so many similar boxes for chess sets, labels became a necessity.

I like this set-up a lot. Might have to try something similar with my chess stuff. Looks so much more organized than my current jumble.

Thanks, Manuel! While I have a clock, a few books, and a couple of plastic sets that go back maybe 45 years, I've collected most of this stuff in the last ten years.
