Feedback on Wegiel chess sets?

I'm thinking about picking up a Wegiel No. 5 or No. 6 set.  The pricing is extremely attractive on Amazon.  I know these sets are unweighted.  But I'm curious if anyone owns one of these sets (or other Wegiel sets) and can comment on the design, carving quality, playability, etc.  It's hard to gleam anything from the photos on Amazon or the Wegiel website.  Thanks in advance.

i played some staunton no 5 from wegiel in a local club a couple of times.

simple, cheap but playable pieces, seemed to be good quality for what they cost.

I'm a fan of their stuff myself. For the money, their stuff is usually a remarkable bargain.

I think their boards are very nice for the price. I'm not as fond of their pieces. They are fairly cheap, but so crudely made that I'd prefer a high-end plastic set instead. The combination of relatively light weight and narrow bases for the kings and queens make them too unstable and easy to knock over in fast games.
