It's been pushed back several times. I had ordered it at Amazon and waited for at least a couple of years watching the release date move further and further into the future. I finally canceled my order and got the paperback version instead.

Yeah, I got the paperback also in the mean time to study. I’ve kept my order in place hoping it would gain some traction. It seems like a great item to add to my collection seeing as how the originals in hardcover keep going up in value making it hard to snag one in decent condition for a reasonable price.

In Germany, where I currently live, it was released just three days ago. You can look it up by ISBN (978-1849948494) at your favourite online bookseller, otherwise you're more likely to get the old paperback edition in your search results.
