Fritz 11 - Play as black in Handicap and Fun mode

I hope this is a simple one...

Seems the only mode in which I can choose the ELO of my opponent is Handicap and Fun, which is fine, and I'm enjoying it...but how do I play as black?

I have read the manual, help, and online pdf manual and have nothing. I'm hoping I missed something?

I haven't had Fritz 11 for several years but in Fritz 13 you can right-click on the board, select "Flip Board" and then "Move Now" from the main menu.

There's also an option to switch colors after each game.  It's easier to show all this than explain it so check out the brief video below where I change the settings to switch colors after each game.  I also show how to switch sides quickly on the fly by right-clicking on the board.  I'm using Fritz 13 but the procedures should be similar in Fritz 11.
