yes the ¨deep¨ in deep fritz is the mutiprocesor version it's the only diference. But of course if you have the luxury of a dual-core machine that it's a good idea to buy the deep fritz version. On the question of buying or waiting for fritz 12, I would tell you to get the 11 because there is no date for the 12th t come out and the truth is that fritz 11 is ruthlessy strong and has all kinds of gizmos already The diference between it and fritz 12 would be basically a few perhaps useless tools, a long wait and a bigger price tag.

I'm considering in investing some money in a good chess program. I've already tested out fritz 11 and it seems awsome. I was wondering if it is better to wait for fritz 12. Will it come out soon?
Another couple of questions. Does fritz 11 include a subscription to the playchess.com server? What's the diference between deep fritz 11 and fritz 11, is it just the multiprocessor thing?
