I am new to the Fritz software but have recently purchased the 13th edition. I have been trying to keep track of rated game progress but every time I close Fritz and re-open, my rated games record is no longer available. the auto-save database still has a record of the games but the user info does not show the game. So, if I spend 4 hours playing 2 long rated games today and then close the program when I go to work, the games will be off my username's record when i restart the program. So annoying!
