Fritz and chessbase on a tablet

Well, yeah, but that is really the only "tablet" that can run Fritz and Chessbase.
AFAIK, any other tablet is incompatible or woefully underpowered.
Thanks for the reply but I think at that price, I would rather get a laptop. I was naively thinking I could get a lower end tablet to take on vacation. I'll look at other options.

I have a full windows 8 tablet with a lower end processor (cost me about $279) and it can barely run Fritz 13. Have not even tried running CB on it. The experience is less than desirable.
I also have a Surface Pro 3 and it runs great.
Just wanted to be honest with you, you would be better off getting a cheap laptop.

I haven't used Fritz since I joined Chess.com. There are plenty of databases on the web. What do you want to do?
I often don't have internet access when I travel. I would like to review GM annotated games, study openings, and play against the computer offline. I would also like to use the tablet as an e-reader for books.
I can always search for and download PGN files off the web and review them in Stockfish or HIARCS chess explorer (both run on my MacBookAir) but that assumes I know what I want to review before I leave.
If there was a portable, affordable solution to running Fritz & Chess Base on a tablet, I would be interested, especially since I can't run those programs on my MacBook in native mode.
Thanks
Can Fritz and the chessbase db run on a tablet? Which tablets should I consider (I have Apple products at home).
Thanks
