Anyone else think that square should be colored blood red to represent all the sacrifices given there? I does.

If that is so, c4 should be gray or green to represent bombs.

I was torn between g7 & h7, maybe both. Either one or both would look pretty awesome on a B&W board. Maybe have dented-up pawns on those squares...

g6 should have an airplane or a picture of the Far East Movement

what about h6? It should be light red.

I just think the contrast of one blood red square against a B&W background would be striking. And it would be a point of interest for casual/non-players, one that could provide interest.
