HELP ME about a chess book

Please I need a simple but practical answer about  one chess book that I lack in my collection, a Soltis Book

I am interested in an answer to those who have the book, and especially those who have read it.

Not worth commenting on the author or other books written by him, because in my chess library I have almost all the books of "Andy Soltis" one of the most serious and formidable chess writers ever. Nor need comments taken from commercial sites that sell chess books.

I want a knowledgeable and honest review about the book and whether it is worth spending dozens or hundreds of dollars on the purchase of the book. In some cases appears at very high prices.

What I lack is a rare book, rarely or no found in european second-hand bookseller never reissued to my knowledge, but some says exceptional book. Is it true? Very, very difficult to discover a deep and serious criticism about this book, why?

Andrew Soltis, "Confessions of a Grandmaster"

I'd be interested in answers too.

Thanks, IpswichMatt - I saw that. Before I spend that sort of money, though, I'd like to know if it's really as good as some have said.

I can't find any reviews on this book at all, nor any useful discussion on it anywhere. It's weird.

There is one review on Amazon, on the U.S. site, but you have probably already seen that.

Yes, I did - thanks.
