Help to identify chess set

Hi all,

I bought this beautiful chess set from an antique fair in Austria. The old lady seller said the pieces are hand made out of bone and the board is leather, but she does not know the origin.

Does anybody recognise such a chess set? Or how to identify the company which created it? Also the pieces, are they unique? There is no writing on the board.

thanks! Alex

The Pieces and Board are gorgeous!

Reminds me of the Renaissance style pieces. That were popular as gifts in the 1960s.

Sorry , that probably doesn't help to identify the set.
