This is a shot in the dark but here goes. Trying to remember the title of a book. Published at least 20 years ago. The book was in the workbook/question and answer format similar to ‘Reassess Your Chess’ but I don’t think it was that book. I remember the book being much smaller and having a very good isolated queen pawn section. My copy of ‘Reassess Your Chess’ only has a few pages related to the isolani. I remember the book being red and black on the front cover. If someone has a thought let me know.

I don't own the book myself, but I do recall a Reddit thread mentioning a Reassess Your Chess Workbook that was published. A bit of a long shot but it just might be what you are looking for.
Funny thing is that Silman has yet another book that has red and black colors for its cover: The Complete Book of Chess Strategy
Silman's Re-Assess your Chess Workbook is mostly has a silver and black cover
It may not be the correct Color, but The Amateur’s Mind is written in the same fashion (Silmn asks his students to give him their thoughts during a game and the explains his thought process).
