How does Panchenko`s middlegame book rank?

I am considering buying Alekasnder Panchenko's book, Mastering chess Middlegames.

How does it compare to other  books on this subject matter and what sort of rating range is it aimed at?

I have a copy of the book in PDF but I have not read much into the book. I suffer from Severe ADHD so my concentration is rather poor for reading much for content.
It also affects my ability to play chess. This is why I only play unrated anymore. I do not need any more stress than necessary when I play.

I haven’t studied the book, but here is a detailed description, and 6 minute free video regarding the course.

Thanks for all the comments. For budgetary reasons I opted to buy it on forward chess (I can be a sucker for a 30% discount!). It does look good, but obviously will require time, commitment and patience.
