The problems in there can be very difficult. I think it's actually much easier to get the CT-Art app (which has all these problems) and work through them by difficulty level instead of by motif. However there is something to be said about working through them by motif and gradually getting harder problems. Otherwise I would try doing the ones rated 1-3 first and then going back to review all those once you've done those. Then see if you want to move up to the more difficult ones.

Hello everyone!
I recently got the book "Combinational Motifs" by Maxim Blokh, to keep studying tactics, and I already saw it is a very good book!
However, I wonder: what is the right approach to this book?
Should I randomly select the puzzles and solve it? The problem with this aproach is that I find it very................. random
Or should I start from the beginning? Puzzle 1, and then 2, and then 3, and repeat until last puzzle (number 1206) ? The problem with this approach is the apparent lack of consistency. For example: Knight forks puzzles go from number 1 to number 63. Once I finish knight forks, I'm never seeing it again until I finish the book (obviously I could make periodic reviews, but I'm not sure how to do that, in order to keep older topics fresh in my mind).
Does anyone face the same problem?
