I just bought "Secrets of Rook Endings" By John Nunn

I've gone through the Rook pawn on 7th rank. Let's just say this book has curiously taken my interest away from positional middle game play.

There's so much material, it will doubtlessly keep me busy for a while. I plan to re-read this book over and over again until the material becomes a part of me, and I'm able to flawlessly solve any RP vs. R position.

Needless to say when I finish reading this book (in perhaps six months - the amount of time it took Nunn to write the book) I will be ungraspable in this RP vs. R endgame.

I worked with a few positions from this book myself and it took quite a bit of time just to understand them.
