On pg. 40 of the February 2014 edition of Chess Life there is a picture of an analog and a digital chess clock. the digital one is awesome. I've never seen it before and can't seem to find it on any of the major sites that sell clocks. anyone know what this is?

Interesting. I haven't seen it.

Can't say I detect a logo, even.

That is a Microsoft Windows smartphone such as a Nokia Lumia.  I'm not too familiar with applications for windows phones, but if you scoured their app store, you might find it.  Or, it may just be a mock-up for the photo.

Of course, phone apps aren't legal to use as clocks for tournament play, but for casual play they're just fine.
