Improve Me Help!

I hope I put this in the right topic. 

Anyways, so I just lost a few games and I was like no big deal, then after a few more losses, my win streak wen't down. I wanted to get atleast 1250 rating in blitz, but I started to get instantly fustrated and made many blunders throughout my games. I lost about 60 rating in a whole 10 minutes!

But lets get to the point, what I need help with is eliminating blunders. Only post programs if they're free, or there is a demo that can truly improve me for free. The second is thinking ahead. I've watched this program called VisualWize, but it costs money. But basically the program takes real life games, shows the moves with arrows, then you have to visualize them, than find the best move. But it is not worth it. 4 levels consisting of 40 levels each. I am trying to learn how to think, and see more moves ahead in chess. I want to improve myself, I am sure we all do. So, for all those people that want to think ahead more in chess, and eliminate blunders, and for the people that can actually help, come help us! This could actually help more than just me, but other people too.
