Wondering if it's any good. I tried to find an excerpt or "Look Inside" without success. I like to at least see a bit of a book before I buy.

According to that page, it isn't released yet.  Hopefully they'll add a "Look Inside" after November 7.

The extract looks interesting, but the guy basically picked a handful of patterns he has used in his teachings. Nothing wrong with that, but it's not systematic either.
