I remember something called Misty Beach, maybe you can google that and see. That was a long time ago, though, there are probably better stuff now.
I also seem to recall that Chess Assistant can do it in DHTML.

I have found some programs to create a chess diagram, but does anyone know of a free program that could be used to display a chess puzzle/problem on a website/blog and also to provide the answer, maybe even let the solver try the solution on that board.
