what?
Do you not understand what it takes to get GM norms? Or do you think Levy is GM material, because he can be snarky while playing blitz on line?
Levy is a great player, just not great enough to be a gm.

In his next life.
Mr Rozman unfortunately slacked around age 16, when he should really have studied hard for growing further and reaching grandmaster level.
Now he is 30 and a weak-ish IM, and he spends a lot of his energy on streaming. The window of opportunity has closed.
Chess is an extremely hard game and to become grandmaster, you have to start really early and work really hard. You will peak around 30-ish. You will perform well until about 40. Then you enter the unavoidable decline.
Hikaru Nakamura by the way seems to defy this general rule. At age 38, he peaked a second time at his old record of FIDE ELO 2816 this year again. He previously reached that level at age 28 before.
I think he will be GM in Summer
How is he supposed to do that?
He can go to the registry office, and change his surname to GM Rozman.
