Incomplete game score from Kasparov's book

Kasparov features this game from his book 'Garry Kasparov on Modern Chess, Part 1: Revolution in the 70s'.

Game 29

Sax-Sveshnikov

Saint Vincent 2000

1. e4 c5 2. Nf3 Nc6 3. d4 cxd4 4. Nxd4 e5 5. Nb5 d6 6. Be3 a6 7. N5c3 Nf6 8. Nd2 Ng4 9. Nc4 Nxe3 10. Nxe3 Be6 11. Ncd5 g6 12. c3 Bh6 13. h4 O-O 14. h5 Bxe3 15. Nxe3 Qg5 16. hxg6 hxg6 17. g3 Rad8 18. Qd2 d5 19. exd5 Bxd5 20. Nxd5 Qxd2+ 21. Kxd2 Rxd5+ 22. Ke3 Rfd8 23. Be2 Rd2 24. Rab1 Na5

Kasparov then quotes Sveshnikov that the game ended in a draw on the 41st move but the remaining moves are not given.

However, I am unable to find the game score after searching through various databases. Saint Vincent 2000 I assume is referring to the European Individual Championships 2000, held in Saint Vincent where indeed, both Sax and Sveshnikov played:

However, databases only seem to feature games from that event by Sax and not Sveshnikov.

I've asked Kasparov on Twitter about this and he kindly retweeted me but was unable to help.

The game featured in the book was annotated by Sveshnikov himself who wished to give an example of the Sicilian Kalashnikov and it is possible that the score is not recorded anywhere except in his own mind.

Still, I am wondering if anyone has come across the complete game score.

Evgeni Sveshnikov is against the publication of game scores for his games, so he probably asked the organizer not to release them.
