Never mind, I figured it out. There's a bug which makes it impossible to see the option to adjust arrow width when the comment editor is positioned to the bottom. I just had to move it up.

I've just installed that program. I like it overall but the arrows it lets you draw over the board are too small. Is there any way to make them bigger? I've only been able to change the color...
