Is my book or chessbase wrong?

I'm studying the Speelman book on the modern defence. Problem is that some games in the book are not the same as the same game in chessbase. The move order are sometimes messed up. Now, wich one is the correct one? I assume the book is correct but why is the data in chessbase wrong?

There are various answers. Depends on what database you are using. Also, many times books change  a move order to fit into their exisitisting lines so there will be some errors due to transpositions.

Also Databases have errors. I have estimated good database entry still has an error rate of 2-3%

Also, some book authors decide to edit the move order to deal with transpositions

That's the most likely answer. Move order is "regularized."

Yep, this was the case when I examined the comments in the book further. It actually stated that they changed some move orders to fit into chapters.
