this is a mass-produced most-likely French staunton set resold by Jaques with no collector value. I think you'd be lucky to get $50 for it.

Sorry for the bother but I was wondering if someone could put a price on this set that was recently passed over to me, I've had a look at eBay sold listings but they seem to be all over the place, any info would be much appreciated, thanks
