If you visit the American Chess Equipment website and zoom into the last photo, you can clearly see that the rook has 5 notches, not 4.
The French Lardy's rook has 4 notches (see this Lardy set on Chess Bazaar). But the queen's crown appears to have less than 8 points.
I have several different sets and none of them fit all of your criteria. The king and bishop criteria are the easiest but fulfill but the queen and rook criteria are harder.
UPDATE: The Single Staunton Series Chess Pieces at Chess Bazaar looks like it may fulfill all your criteria, though it's hard to discern the number of points on the queen's crown.
I would suggest you to contact Noj... or any other craft-shop specialized on chess sets, for that matter, and custom order your design.
