I wanted a board to bring to the library to study and couldn't find one small enough so I made one with help from RatnikHR's free printable board. Cut a piece of plastic record divider to back it up, cut and hot glued the printout, slid it into a plastic paper protector and bought a piece of felt for .49 for the back. I had some pieces from an old set and voilà! Instant board. Into a manilla envelope and the backpack.
