Make chess computer

I want to make my computer for speed analysis using stockfish Komodo houdini and Leela also. Computer man asking tell me configuration. So tell me what configuration should be for making powerful analysis computer? 

four 16 core Xeon processors, 128 GPUs, 4TB RAM, 10 TB of SSD

I'm sure your computer man will give you a good price for that.

Where I come from, what he has asked for is called an ambit claim.  There is no actual problem statement there, no constraints on the solution, just a giant ask.  

It is true that the question is sufficiently open-ended as to be hard to answer.

However, some help is possible.

You won't need a fancy graphics card, so you can just use a fairly cheap one.

Chess engines are good at using lots of cores, so you won't need to opt for more expensive alternatives with fewer but faster cores. Therefore, you should consider an AMD Ryzen system.

The rest, of course, is determined by how much money you have to spend.

I can use 2 GPU in SLI. I don't want to spend more than USD200 on that. Is there any GPU in that range? Should I really go for SLI? Or is it just waste of money and use single GPU? 

USD200 on what?  The whole thing?

No GPU only. 

I think I will use only a single gpu. There has to be one in 200 to 250 range. 

I was wrong, as I didn't pay attention to the fact you would be also using Leela. Although Leela Chess Zero only strictly requires a GPU if you use client.exe to help improve it, a GPU also makes it much faster, and therefore higher-rated, when doing play and analysis. However, Leela is only rated 2700, so it's still behind Stockfish and the others.
