Millenium 55 android connectivity issues

I recently purchased a millennium 55 tournament supreme eboard and chess link module and absolutely love the concept. I was finally able to pair the module with my Android phone and play a few games online with the chess for Android app. and also connect to chess.com When I came back to the board the next day to play again it was like the board wouldn't recognize the pieces. I get flashing red LED's on the starting squares as of there are no pieces on the board. I am convinced that this is an Android Bluetooth compatibility or interference problem and I'm hoping someone can help me figure this out.

I have problems using my Supreme Tournament 55 & Chess-Link in combination with Chess.com and my Android Phone (MIUI Global 13.0.12; Android version: 12 SKQ1.211006.001)

What works?
- The smartphone recognises the board via Bluetooth and a Bluetooth connection can be established.
- A connection to the Chess Link app can also be established and thus also the connection to Lichess in conjunction with a token.

What does not work?
The Chess.com app recognises the board and displays: "MILLENNIUM CHESS 34:81:F4:E8:80:E3). But when I then click on this found board, the following message appears at the bottom of the screen: "No connection could be established to the selected object."

I have already reinstalled the app, reset the smartphone to factory settings, etc. None of this has solved the problem so far.

Can anyone help me? That would be great.
