Unless it's a first edition, I don't think it's worth anything more than any other outdated chess book that no one wants. In it's day MCO was a wonderful and cherished reference, but databases have made it obsolete. The opening books people use today give explanations of the plans for each side rather than just list variations.

I have this book Modern Chess openings Griffith & White
London - Sir Isac Pitman and Sons 1946.
Any toughts it is good, it is outdated? Someone intrested in it?
