Modern-looking PGN reader for Win 7 that does annotations?

Hi Guys,

I'm looking for a PGN reader for Win 7 that has a modern, simple, attractive interface and which can handle me entering/editing annotations.

I have looked at a number of free PGN readers but none of them fit the bill. They tend to have ugly interfaces or are too complex or look like they come from the early 1990s...

The nearest I have come to what I am looking for for Win 7 is PGN Mentor: http://www.pgnmentor.com/ but I find the interface rather complex, cluttered and overall not pleasing.

For Windows 10 there is this: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/store/p/pgn-explorer/9nblggh4nh19# which looks-wise is just the sort of thing I am looking for, but I am not sure it can handle annotations (anyone know?). And it's not Window 7 compatible.

Can you recommend a program that meets my needs? I am willing to pay for the right program.
