Monroi Personal Chess Manager

You have one?

Monroi is dead technology now. Even if you manage to find one that is still unregistered to the last owner, the battery may be dead already. Have you looked into the ChessNoteR as recommended? That's the current USCF standard as of 2019 anyway and costs as much as a Monroi in the secondary market.

Anyone interested in buying a Monroi I have decided to part with my Monroi Personal Chess Manager. I bought it right before I stopped playing USCF tournaments regularly so I only used it a few times. From what I know these are actually quite hard to get ahold of. You can see on the Monroi website they are on back order: https://www.monroi.com/chess-shop/chess-products/personal-chess-manager-detail.html
The price I am seeking for my Monroi is $370. It is like new. I am willing to negotiate a bit though. As you can see the original box and everything that was included with it: Monroi, SD card, Charger, and CD with user manual are all included.

Anybody use this device? Is it useful? Do any tournaments allow it? How does one know, in advance, if you can use it?
Just wondering.
