Thank you Wismike, i thought the same, i need a camera however .... I take the pictures with my daughter's Ipad so the colors are very off. The white pieces have a beautiful patina of aged boxwood which doesn't come out at all in the pictures they all come out too light.
Thanks Cgrau, i managed to take a bit better res pics. King is 3.5" but set is very detailed, loved it since i saw it.

Just got this one home, bought it from Ebay. Heading said:
"AN ANTIQUE EARLY 20th CENTURY FRENCH-GERMAN CHESSMEN SET
PROBABLY MADE IN THE BORDER BETWEEN FRANCE-GERMANY IN STRASBURG WEST FRENCH REGION
DATES FROM AROUND 1900/20s"
Don't know anything bout the set just thought it looked pretty intriging. If anyone recognizes which set this is please let me know.
