DGT Pegasus: Android tablet works great via bluetooth with White Pawn and DGT app, but not with Chess.com app. chess.com app is not able to connect like the others. Anyone else solved this?
No Connected board message on Pegasus?

I have the exact same problem. I see YouTube video's of people connecting to chess.com via de app on android. But nothing shows up. I have tried everything I could google or found on this forum.

Geert, I've invited you a the DGT board club. There's a detailed thread there you might find useful. I have been trying to solve this....have a good recent note from chess.com support. Will let you know if I find a solution.

yes, thanks, I was already a member and I've worked trough the thread you mentioned. But saw this post of you and doing my bit to get more attention for this 
Anyone else getting this on android phone/tablet? Can't use my DGT Pegasus cuz chess.com doesn't see it. Lichess (via DGT app) and WhitePawn recognized it immediately on 1st try and work fine. DGT app redirects you to chess.com app. 10" android tablet.
I do have the DGT board feature switched on in my laptop webapp settings but that probably doesn't make any difference. Bought an android device to specifically circumvent the "no iOS support for Pegasus" factor but still joyless
. Uninstalled & reinstalled app. Being in Beta or not doesn't matter. Any informed advice welcomed.
The page that says "Connected Boards" at the top is completely blank and unresponsive. What am I missing? Feeling inept. dm me if you think it's an involved answer, MANY THANKS
