QC at world chess WCC sets is quite lax. One of my redditt friend tried to contact them for a replacement update through their contact form and they never replied.

The design though is quite appealing though and I quite like the minimalist knights they have. Nothing like the typical camel shaped knights we have in staunton chess sets.
