Chessbomb do this, but watching with engines has the opposite effect of what you want.

I occassionally like to watch tournaments. I rarely can sit and watch the whole game so usually I like to have the games on and just occassionally check to see what is happening.
But I also like to have engines running so I can get a bit of a sense of what is happening.
I used to have a playchess subscription and this would work well since it I could have all the games up and they would automatically update. I could of course have engines running the windows of each of the games or all of them if I wanted.
But playchess is somewhat expensive as I will likely only be able to do this for a few days per year. (Living in the US means most tournaments happen when I am at work. So its only on the occassional weekend that I can do this.) It's not only the cost of play chess but I am getting tired of having to pay for updates to all the software I use that they stop supporting. I have chess base 9 older versions of zap chess and fritz. and I can't even sign on with it. It just seems like goign with chess base is a pretty expensive way to simply follow the games with a computer engine running.)
I have been using scid v pc but I am not sure how to keep several windows for each of the games. Even if I did figure that out I am not aware of anyway that I can get the moves to automatically update through that interface. I know it has some connectivity with fics but it seems extremely basic.
Is there a better way with scid v pc or are there other options? Or is play chess basically what I am looking for.
Does icc offer something along these lines?
