Palliser's play 1. d4!

Does anyone happen to have Richard Palliser's book Play 1. d4? I had a few questions about it.

1. What repertoire does it recommend? The free sample on Amazon doesn't show a table of contents, only the system against the Slav which looks really interesting.

2. Are there two different versions? I've seen the same book by the same author but with two different versions and descriptions.

I had this book at some point,  I remember the repertoire being decent but the book is nothing special and very old by now. The different versions you might be referring to is the printed book vs a recent Kindle edition Batsford put out, unfortunately it seems to be out of print.
