I have been trying for years, used all the resources available to me, tried to analyse my games to the best of my ability, watched various videos online, reached out to coaches and the like to help work out what I am doing wrong. Thats my problem. Sometimes squares bleed into one or I genuinely dont process there was a full diagonal open.

Play daily games only, set a real board up and mirror the game. I'm going to get shot for this so do it unrated only. But actually make your proposed move and look again, take an hour looking, take three, change your mind if you want.
