Please put up pics of Your Knights...

I think the Knights are the pieces that makes the set.

I have 12 wooden sets and one set has a mismatched knight, needing

to find a match to it ( he's the second from left in pics 1 and 2, and his temporary stand in is a Lardy... ).

Thanks Folks,

Hoping to see some Beautiful Knights!!!

very nice !      Did you purchase them all  or  were some presents ?

the knights I would have hardest time adjusting to are from the left # 1 ( because it's head is down) and # 10 ( head down and unusual base ).     All look shiny and in good shape.

which are your favorites ?

The Best Question... These are from chess sets given as presents from some of the Best People in the world ( You gotta Love Your Peeps, and this kind of stuff happens )...!

My favorites are from left to right are: 1, 2, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12 ( But really, just like favorite songs...they are all Number Ones to Me ).

The sets are all complete and, a couple sets, ( to Me ) are mind blowing in  artistic/craftsmanship quality!

I love playable/ neato, out of the norm sets, ( don't pass on these sets when You find them, as they do not come up too often )!

 Thanks much for Your reply

Thank You...

I have no knowledge of most any of my sets origins.

I would like to find more information on these...

I have one really cool set - but it’s not made of wood, I hope it’s still okay to post?

Anyway, it’s hand-painted and was handed down to me by my Uncle! The only downside is that I barely play with it because I’m too scared I’ll break the pieces haha.

I’ve included a photo of the other pieces as well, since I think people might enjoy seeing the others.

No problem with your knights, they ae more than likely of resin and that's OK! Like I always say "the knights make the set" except when i saw some way cool rooks that had a door near the bottom, those were super cool too!

This is a recent find:

I've tried EVERYTHING to get this picture the right way around. What is it with this forum - and why is it turning my images upside down?

Did you take the shot in portrait mode?  Try landscape instead - that seemed to work better for me.

Thank you, thank you. Was going to upload other old knights but I don't want to risk looking silly again. Lol.

Post Your old knights, if they need it, I'll set the photos staight.

If You don't post them it would be a loss.
