Problems to play with DGT Smart Board on chess.com

Recently i got my DGT Smart Board.

As soon as it arrived, i tried to play some games over here with it, but it sort of only work in a very specific way.

All pre-req steps were mande beforehand (i.e. install DGT live chess and enable DGT chess board on board settings)

The only way it woks (step by step):

1. Open chess.com

2. Start a game

3. As soon as it starts i quickly open DGT live chess.

4. Click on retry to the connection with live chess. Board now shows message stating it is working and synced.

5. Play and enjoy.

Any other method lead me to screen where the game loads forever and ever... i lost hundreds of rating points because of it.

Anyone knows if there are better methods to do it?

Also facing move problems.

Don't know if it's my board... anyway, chess.com support is saying that my board is not supported by the site.

If anyone got any luck with it give me some clue and hints about it.
