There are a couple of well reviewed Averbakh books; Queen and Pawn Endings and Queen vs Rook and Minor Piece endings. There is a.good section on Queen endings in the Keres' Practical Chess Endings book.

"Understanding Queen Endgames" by Müller and Konolav is another book that you may want to check out.
