whaaaa everything 60% off! But they're all on my B list unfortunately so I still no buy. I'm set, thank you.
I'm now into Romanian pieces btw, the way I see it first they're cheap and second hardly on the local ads so I'm safe

Wrong, magictwanger. Some of us ARE that old. I never heard The Shadow on the wireless, er radio, but I do know him.
I do have a shopping list of sets I need.....er, want and the Queen's Gambit set is not on the list. As they are available and the budget allows.
I noticed a "Queen's Gambit" set on clearance today - the first I've seen such a set with any discount. Could this be the beginning of the end of the pandemic+Queen's Gambit chess "bubble"?
