Try a web search for "Viking" or "Nordic" themed chess set.

There are a few similar, not identical.

These men were made in Russia. About 25 years ago, I found a games wholesale dealer in Russia who I purchased about 20 similar style sets and boards from to sell in a shop we owned at the time. I still have several of the sets, if I can find them I will post some pictures.
